- Kitchen Kabaret," a show dedicated to education and entertainment
by and about the four major food groups, was replaced by "Food Rocks"
in the Land pavilion when its corporate sponsorship changed in 1994.
- The Harvest Theater in The Land pavilion was home to the
18-minute, 70 mm film about the partnership between people and the land called
"Symbiosis" from 1982 until 1995. On January 21, 1995, the
"Circle of Life: An Environmental Fable" show opened, starring The
Lion King's Timon, Pumbaa, and Simba. This 20-minute film explained the many
dangers facing the environment, as well as people's responsibility to preserve
it. The new films used some film clips that were previously seen in
"Symbiosis."
- the Kitchen Kabaret, presented by Kraft, was a 14-minute
stage show about the basics of nutrition and the four food groups found in the
Land pavilion when the attraction opened in 1982. Hosted by "Bonnie
Appetit," musical acts made up of 26 Audio-Animatronic figures included
the "Cereal Sisters," "The Stars of the Milky Way,"
"Hamm & Eggz," "The Kitchen Krackpots," and "The
Fiesta Fruit." The attraction closed in 1994 when sponsorship of the
pavilion changed to Nestle, who replaced the show with a new production called,
"Food Rocks."
