What It's Really All About... PDF Print E-mail
Written by Louis Mongello

After spending what feels like (OK, maybe it has been) days sequestered in my office working on everything from the site and show to other projects, I may have lost sight, just for a little while, of what really is important in life (and in fact, what made me come to love WDW in the first place) - and that's family.

It's what created such fond memories as a child (hey Dad - remember carrying me on your shoulders through Tomorrowland, and then riding Space Mountain with me?); and what has allowed me to form new ones with my own family (thanks to all of the Princesses a few weeks ago who gave me a moment with my kids that I'll never, ever forgot).

So while I often try to leave my personal life out of what I put online, well today... today I just want to share a photo from a recent trip. And to that point... there I was, in Walt Disney World, with my wife and kids... and as I browse through my photos looking for one to post, there are more images of things on the wall, chandeliers, and brick facades than there are of my children. Not a good sign - but that's all going to change.

Anyway, here's one that I just wanted to share, and is really what makes me smile. They might not remember this simple moment or silly photo 20 years from now... but I will.

I'm taking the rest of the night off and going to spend it with my family. Everything else can wait.
