This Italian sit-down restaurant is modeled after the restaurant in Disney's classic animated tale, Lady and the Tramp. In true Disney fashion, where detail is everything, be sure to look for the heart and pawprints carved into the sidewalk at the foot of the steps leading into the dining area. On the sign above the entrance, you’ll spot the image of Tony himself.
This restaurant is currently sponsored by Buitoni, but was originally known as the "Town Square Café" from 1971-1989. It was first sponsored by Oscar Mayer and then Hormel, and became to Tony's Town Square Restaurant on July 24, 1989. And while the name and sponsors may have changed, its charming Victorian-era ambiance has remained through the years.
Who can forget the memorable animated scene when Lady and the Tramp share the same piece of spaghetti? Relive the magic of that moment at this Italian trattoria inspired by the Disney animated classic. Enjoy antipasto, specialty pastas, sandwiches and pizzas. As the song goes "this is the night, it's a beautiful night," so split a meal with someone you love!
Try the That's Amore Cooler, a smoothie served in a collectible souvenir mug.
