- Disney's Vacation Club Resort opened in December, 1991, but was renamed the Old Key West Resort in January, 1996. The 497-room resort features a waterfront boardwalk and buildings decorated with pastel colors and hues, and was built as the flagship resort of the Disney Vacation Club.
- Located on the site of the former Disney Institute, Disney's newest Disney Vacation Club Resort, "Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa" opened in the spring of 2004. Named for Saratoga Springs, New York, a popular summer retreat, the resort, when completed, will become the seventh and largest Disney Vacation Club resort to date with 552 total accommodations including studio, one- and two-bedroom villas and Grand Villa units housed in 12 distinct buildings. The property is located on a 16-acre site overlooking Lake Buena Vista near Downtown Disney.
