Not sure if the phone reservationists(from 407-WDISNEY)are considered CM's or not but kudo's to a very sweet lady who I have lucked out to get on the phone when calling for silly(and not silly) questions about tickets etc.
She is very informative and nice and has a great sense of humor...she laughs at my lame jokes...lol WAY TO GO DOVER ROSE!!!!!!!---(yes that is her name,,,isn't it pretty) Does anyone know who to contact to give compliments to the phone ppl?????

You can write a letter to WDW with the date and time of your call, any reservation confirmation numbers, and the name of the CM you spoke to.
