This is overdue and a thank you note is on it's way to WDW tomorrow!
Thank you to Mike (the CM mentioned above) - for being so KIND and nice when bringing up our luggage! My husband had been up for over 24 hours hours when we arrived and FINALLY got our room. Mike was so helpful and quiet when he brought the luggage up to our room. THANK YOU!!!!!
