EJ? - Lobby of Beach Club
The day that we were leaving EJ assisted me and helped me out so much! I forgot to purchase a picture frame from the Halloween Party and the only way I could get it was to go to the Magic Kingdom. My husband and father-in-law didn't want me going to get hot and sweaty running around before we needed to get on the plane. The conceirge desk was unwilling to help me by me using the credit card on our room to charge and send me the frame. I was so angry because I knew this could be done! EJ and another young man were in the lobby and EJ offered to assist me (After I swore I would never by another Disney item!) He took my wristband from the Halloween Party and had the picture frame sent to my home. He went above and beyond to help me get the one item I wanted more than anything as a souvenior from this past trip.
