The only person in Epcot!
I met a great CM in Epcot a few years ago. I don't remember his name but he was just chatting to me and asking about my trip. This was at the turnstile to go into Epcot, first thing in the morning. I said that I wanted to be the first one in, so when the park opened he let me through, then told all the other CM's to not let anyone in! He then said I was the only guest allowed in Epcot that day! It was really funny, but he had to let people in cos a little kid started crying as he thought it was true!
Then, at the rope drop there was another CM, called George. He must have been around 70+ but he was messing around and really having fun. He told us a way to go to get to Test Track quicker, so we got a jump on the rest of the crowd. He was just so nice! I guess that the fantastic CM's go a long way to making Disney what it is - special.

Wouldn't it be great if every company's employees felt as engaged and creative as the CMs do? Something to think about when you show up to work next Monday.
