Off to Neverland!

Our last day of our most recent trip, this past May, started at AK. We had dinner reservations for the 4 of us at MK later that day. So we get to the gates at MK and insert our tickets. It kept spitting them back. The CM manning the entrance looked and said we couldn't use the tickets till the next day. That's right, we didn't have park hoppper tickets. We didn't even think of it. We were stuck. We still had one day left on our tickets but were leaving the next morning. So we went to the Guest Services window. My wife explained our stupid mistake to Jennifer. She said we could upgrade for X amount of dollars. It was too much. We kind of just looked at each other in disbelief. Just when we were about to throw in the towel and go back to our resort, Jennifer offered us complimentary tickets. We could not thank her enough. Real Disney spirit.
