DVC Cast Member/Sales Rep - Greg
I just needed to express my thanks and thoughts to Greg C. a DVC Cast Member/Representative. He took over our case just over a year ago when our previous rep moved up. I have been playing phone tag with Greg since last week when he called just before Thanksgiving. Well we finally connected today and I was curious to the reason that he was calling. (My hopes were that I had won something from a year of a million dreams like DVC points!
 ) - Hey now, I can Dream! Anyway, he called to introduce himself and wish my husband and I Happy Holidays. - WOW!!!!! No other reason. I am constantly amazed at the lengths Disney and the CM's go the extra mile! Thanks Greg, you made my day!
