Rarest character you've ever met?

I've never met a rare character, at least not to my knowledge, but I was just curious what characters people have met that are no longer around due to not being popular anymore or maybe because they were there for a promotional event or because a movie was being released? I know my friend met Kuzco and Kronk from Emperors New Groove and I am immensely jealous of this. Also, if anyone has any knowledge of rare characters that are around every once in awhile, please post! I wish I could meet Gus the mouse...anyone ever meet him?

I don't know about "rare", but how about obscure? I saw Chip & Dale's girlfriends nearby the Hat at DHS back in March. Those two are so obscure I couldn't even guess as to their names. But we asked a CM, and she told us they were C&D's girlfriends from some really old cartoons.

(No, not Gadget from Rescue Rangers. Actual female chipmunks.)

I would have to say Peter Pan and Wendy i never have seen them in person till like 2 years ago it was awsome since he is my favorite

I never met one...I think. I have met Mickey and Minnie in their Christmas caroling outfits. Does that count? I remember there was a website that had a listing of just about all the characters and how common they are. I don't remember the name though, sorry.

While seeing Donald and Goofy isn't rare, I saw them in their Kingdom Heart outfits which I think is rare.

Oh yeah, that is rare. They haven't worn those outfits since 2004 (I think).
