Vellum adhesives

O.K. who here uses what type of adhesive for vellum?

I use vellum tape....

Glue Dots just came out with a new vellum adhesive and it works great. and even works on transparancy.

Other then that I get creative and use brads or cover up a corner or something.

Depending on what I use the vellum for I use brads or eyelets as well.

It's the stuff that I used to make my cup for my Dole Whip. It also comes in colors and prints. I also used it to print my writing on my ToT LO.

It's not "wax" paper....but I guess that the look is a good way to describe it to you!

I have used vellum tape, but I think you can still see it. So most of the time I use brads...

I will have to look at the brand of vellum tape I use when I have access to my scrapbooking table again, because it's the best that I've found for that problem. I use vellum for various things and it's not always appropriate for brads or eyelets to attach it so it was important to find a tape that you couldn't see. I'm actually excited to check out the new glue dots vellum adhesive that Ann spoke about. Hmmm....maybe a trip to the scrapbooking store today while the husband is still home sick in bed.

LOL...in my little and cheap butt world(i usually spend about $1 per page) I have resorted to good ole' glue stick....it holds it for a long time and you cant see it when it dries(i use the cool one that is purple when it goes on) I know , I know...not the best but ya make do with what ya got. lol

Well, the reason I ask is that I have seen ads inmagazines for "Glue Dots" strickly for vellum and I didn't know if anyone has tried them yet... I just ordered 3 packs online yesterday
