ANAHEIM - Two women were hurt Friday night when they fell off a tram in a parking lot at Disneyland, officials said.

Anaheim firefighters were called to the "Timon" parking lot at 10:22 p.m., Anaheim fire spokeswoman Maria Sabol said.

One woman stood up and fell off the tram, and the other fell while attempting to look for her.

The first woman suffered minor head injuries, and the tram's wheels may have run over her feet, Sabol said. The second woman suffered head injuries. Both women, whose names were not released, were taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange.

Disneyland Resort spokesman Bob Tucker said the tram was moving about 5 mph and that the park did not need to be closed after the incident. He did not have further details.
