Fine dining at DLR?
I'll be at DLR in 2 weeks (!!!!!). My mother-in-law will be with us, and it happens that we will be at DCA on her birthday. Here's the problem....she very, er, picky, and there's NO WAY that she would consider a character dinner, or regular park meal, as a proper birthday present. So, we'd like to take her to a so-called "finer" restaurant, not necesarily offsite. Any reviews on Granville's in the Disneyland Hotel? (I looked at the menu at the Vineyard place in DCA, way out of my league...) Or are there any places nearby, offsite, that might do the trick?
Any tips would be appreciated!

I really enjoyed the Jazz Kitchen in DTD. Here's the website: Jazz Kitchen And a lot of people really like the Blue Bayou in New Orleans Square, although I wasn't too impressed with it. And there's also Napa Rose inside the Grand Californian Hotel on property. The Grand Californian Hotel has a separate entrance to DCA from the main one as well.
When we went to DL, we didn't eat off property too much....although it is much easier to do that in DL than at WDW. There are several restaurants nearby. |

Napa Rose
Napa Rose sounds interesting, I'll check it out.
The last thing I want to do is eat at Denny's every night (blech) Thanks!
