I am really looking forward to the race - I have a 10k coming up next week, so if I can finish that I will be looking forward even more to the AK 5K!

It would be cool if there was some kind of meet-up afterwards!

OMG, How have I missed this thread and news about the run?!!

We are staying at The Beach Club 21st Sep-12th Oct and it would be a real shame if I never re-arranged our plans to be at the AK on that date!!

We have met some of you before, but to meet nore of you would be awesome!!!

... Val, you count Ann and I in for the meet and cheering people on!

Yay.... I'm gonna meet Val (and others!)

DO IT!! There are a bunch of people doing it solo. I have a feeling we'll all end up doing it together anyway.

The races time is 7 PM. There's a party in AK that starts at 10 PM. I've not seen any meet times posted however. Those cheering will not be allowed into the park. We can cheer in the butterfly parking lot and in the obstacle course.
