How do I upload my photos to the photo gallery?

Well, right now the answer is, "You Can't".
Lou is in the process of moving the site to new servers, upgrading some things, etc. and the photo galleries are temporarily closed to new uploads. When the move is complete, which will hopefully be soon, you'll be able to upload again.

I can see the pictures its just theat I don't know how to upload.

Yes, right now you can look at the pictures that were already in the galleries. Uploading pictures has been disabled.
When it is restored, it is very simple, there will be a link that says "upload photos"
