Hello from Big Dan
Hello All,
My name is Big Dan, if you are wondering how I got the name big in front of my name, it is simply becuase I was 160 pounds in highschool, I got to college and started lifting weights seriously and am training to do a strongman contest. I currently weight a lean 265 at 6'4 which really helps me get a huge advantage on the tobaggan racers at blizzard beach! I love going to Disney with my wife, I live in Kansas and have been to Disneyland 14 times, and Disneyworld twice soon to be three times. My wife and I and my best friend paul really enjoyed going to Disneyworld last april 07. We stayed off property...big mistake...but we enjoyed our time especially at blizzard beach! I would have to say that is our favorite park, followed by Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom...in no particular order! I am not a big fan of MGM, sorry no offense, just not a big fan. We are staying at Coranodo Springs the first 3 nights then the Caribbean beach resort the last 4 nights. It is nice meeting all of you! I'm sure you'll see plenty of my post with questions! Big Dan,  to our DWT family Dan, not sure when your WDW trip is but I know I heard they are closing the main pool at the Carribean Beach for refurbishment for quite a while, not sure if that is a factor for you. I believe it is closing in January through September. |
