We are returning to WDW during the Summer of 2009, what should I be doing right now?

Right now, saving every penny you can for your trip! Keep notes about when special offers or deals come out for this summer, because even though there is no guarantee they will make the same offers in 2009, you will at least have an idea when to look out for them.

disneydame is correct, plus read the wdw secres section, you'll learn a lot to make your trip more interesting

I agree with most of the comments already posted; saving money and planning where you want to stay are good things to do till it's time for your trip. Keep listening to WDWRadio for new attractions that you want to check out as well as for things to look for in old attractions. Ordering the WDW planning video will keep you focused on WHY you are saving money and give you something to watch when you're having a blah day.
