Nate,

In 1990 and 1991 you were able to make dining reservations UNDER SpaceShip Earth.
Later on this was moved up next to the guest relations building up on the left after passing under SSE. The kiosks were outside to the left of the doors. After Disney changed dining, they switched these terminals to a place where one was able to check out the internet.

There were also terminals on the walkway between Future World and World Showcase. The service was called World Key. I remember using these on one trip in the early 90s.
