New face characters in Spectromagic - Page 2

Omg that is scary. I really dont get who those people are suppose to be!? Does anyone know!? Please help, I'm confused. I've seen the parade a million times and I still cant figure out who they are suppose to be!

I always thought they looked like something out of "Cirqe de sole." It looks like they're trying to make them more so

A friend of the family "knows" the Spectromagic guys very well. Wink! Wink! He told me last week that they wanted the characters to be more like the bird character from the Cirque du Soliel, La Nouba. When I saw the pictures, I think they got what they were trying to achieve. However, I prefer the faces that they used previously. The other masks are NOT being repaired, and this is the direction the entertainment wanted and is going for the Spectromagic characters.

I don't like them at all. I was kind of used to the old face masks. Not really scared of them, just used to them. They went better with the theme of the parade.

I thought the masks had a friendly, wide-eyed expression or an almost innocent look to them. The new faces don't quite capture that, but they don't seem scary to me either. They pass by so quickly that it will hardly ruin SpectroMagic for me. I'm too busy waiting for Mickey and his cool electric globe!

I t;hink I'll wait to voice an opinion until I see them for myself. Maybe they don't photograph well. If anything, I hope the cm's find the face paint more comfortable than a mask. I don't find them scary, just unusual.
