Hey.. Wow...
I just saw Jeff's post naming all the mile markers... I think I may have won the last one!!! I haven't heard it announced on the podcast, though I haven't had a chance to listen to this weeks episode.. But none of the typical sites have been updated, yet there is my mile marker name. hmmmmmmmm. Makes me curious now...

Congrats to all who participated! Being that I trained for last years WDW marathon all the way through December only to hurt my knee on a long training run so that I couldn't race... my thoughts were with you all this weekend!

Great job to everyone who competed (and completed)! Couldn't get my trip timing right this year - I'm headed down to Orlando in 48 hours for, sadly a business trip. But I will have a day or two to stomp around The World - I'll keep an eye out for any DWT running souls who took a wrong turn and are still looking for the finish line, or got locked in the port-o-pots.

Congratulations to those who participated!

We have annual passes and drove over from Tampa in an attempt to enjoy the parks, etc., but it turned out to be our worst visit ever. One problem after another, in large part due to the traffic and madness caused by the marathon, topped off by a hailstorm in the parking lot on the way out. C'est la vie.

Our best to those who participated, but if you weren't able to go, count your blessings!

BTW, I've been listening to the show since October or so, and think it's the best Disney podcast out there. Will post more as time permits. Thanks again for the great podcasts!

Congratulatons to Deanna & Lou!

I've never seen such a smile as the one Deanna has on her face!

Congratulations to all the runners this past weekend. From what I'm reading, everyone did very well!!

WE DID IT!!!! That's right - we finished (without getting swept), lived to tell about it, had a time we were happy with, and are still walking!!

Thanks to ALL of you for your support, whether you came to cheer or run, vis emails or posts here, etc. It was a HUGE motivating factor (that and the possibility of embarrassment), and it really meant a lot to us. To everyone that came down, it was great to see many of you again, and meet so many new faces. It was an absolutely incredible experience in large part due to all of you.

I'll cover it more on this week's show, but thanks again to all of you!!!!

(BTW, it's OK that I'm still sleeping with my medal on, right?)

You said "it was great to see MANY of you again", not ALL of you again. Does that mean there are some of us (cough ME cough) that you didn't want to see again? I really didn't mean to scare your dad.

Congrats to everyone!!! WOOHOO I did it too! I completed my very first marathon. I walked it and finished in 7 hours. It is my most prized medal ever, I loved the "secret" part of it and the color Mickey running is so cool! I am still on top of the world and I feel like I can do anything! I also got to meet Lou at the Noodle Station. I was the redhead in the Incredibles shirt. Congrats to you and your wife for finishing the half, and wear your medal with pride! Your daughter was so cute with her crocs and jibbitz. It was great to meet you since I have been hearing your voice throughout my 18 weeks of marathon training. Your show really helped me through it.I also met a really nice guy and gal who were standing behind me in the "meet Lou" line. He was doing the Goofy. But I forgot your names?? It was one of the best weekends ever!
