Hey Lou,
What about shirts for everyone to wear in 08?Dream Team shirts?I am asking cause we are coming and already paid our registeration to the half marathon which is 65% full for 08,and our families are coming and we will have a small crowd .Everyone that is coming is donating to the cause and want to know what about shirts??If I guess our crowd total right now we are up to10 family members!

This is not counting friends.So let me know.

By the way I m up to 3 miles at 49 minutes,how are you doing?

Traing is at 30mins on a treadmill a couple of times a week, but I did 6 miles at the weekend. But that still is only getting into Magic Kingdom. We will see.....

I did 5 miles in 45mins last Thursday - but I'll never be able to hold that pace for much more than that, so I need to come up with some strategy I think.

And by the sounds of it, I really need to start looking into whether or not I can actually go - it sounds like it's really filling up quick. I'd really love to participate though, especially with so many of you guys showing interest as well.

Ran a 5k in 33 mins--first race ever--last week. Triathlete friend of mine will put me on a training schedule starting april 16
