I really like this idea, one time we had extra fastpasses to kilamanjaro safaris, but we didnt have time to use them so we found a family with a few young children and gave the passes to them. It really made me feel great to see the looks on their faces.

Dream Pay It Forward
My wife, baby daughter, and I just returned from the World, and we received Dream Fastpasses during one of our days at the Magic Kingdom this past Wednesday. However, the park was so dead that day, that we really didn't even need Fastpasses that day; we're talking a 5 minute wait at Space Mountain at 11 am dead
![]() Anyway, we were leaving the park around lunch time for an ADR and Epcot, and we saw a Mom, baby son, and Grandmother in the Emporium on our way out. We had met them the night before during dinner at Sunshine Seasons and the baby's were cooing at each other. We asked them if they were going to be in the park all day, which they said yes. We passed on our Dream Fastpasses to them, and you could really tell that it made their day. We still had an extra for a keepsake for the baby, so it was nice to be able to make someone else's day that much better.

I love this idea. I have done this before when we had extras that we were not going to use, but I had never thought of getting some just to pass on to someone else. What a WONDERFUL idea. I bet my children would love to do this. I can not wait to do it on our next trip!

On our last trip this month, my daughter, who is 7, and I had FP to Test Track. We asked 8 different groups before someone said they would use them. She couldn't believe no one would take them. She talked about that for days!!

Hey everyone! I'm new to the site! This same thing has happened to us as well. We got fastpasses for Tower of Terror but we had to wait 2 hours. There was a nice gentleman standing there and asked my husband if he wanted to exchange fastpasses...his were for the current time! He tried to exchange with other people before but most of the ignored him. I think they thought he was trying to "con them" or something.

I have been the recipient of handed off FastPasses, and I have also been the giver.
On our trip last September, my daughter and I were walking up to the Soarin' FastPass kiosk and discovering there were no more for that day, when someone handed up a pair that were good right then. It was great. On the other hand, I once had a single FP for Expedition Everest and had a heck of a time giving it away. Since it was just one, no one wanted it. |

I've experienced it both ways also.We have given and been given to.A couple of years ago, which would have been the first time we were about to ride Expedition Everest,we had gotten there early and the line may have been 15-30 min wait then.We got 4 fastpasses and were still going to wait in the standby line and use the fastpasses later for a 2nd ride.Just as we were about to get into the standby line,a man asked me if we wanted 4 fastpasses to ride right then,in about ten more minutes. He said 2 members decided not to ride and he gave us 4 of his passes. We waited 10 min and rode EE in no time at all, then went back later that day for our 2nd ride.
When you do right,it comes back to you. It says in the Bible,in Galatians 6:7,"Be not deceived;God is not mocked:for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. May all that participate in this kind jesture be blessed.

This is a wonderful idea. As a passholder I sometimes run over to the parks for a few hours on my own. At first I thought this would not be a good idea for me personally since I can only get one, but then I thought that I could get one and find a single rider!
Thanks for sharing this! |
